Protection of personal data is one of the key elements implemented by 3i Zbigniew Inglot, adress: Jana Zamoyskiego 2, 37-700 Przemyśl (hereinafter referred to as 3i). You will be informed about crucial changes in the legislative provisions, along with the rights of persons, who the provisions refer to. In 2016 the Regulations 2016/679 referred to as GDPR,concerning the protection of personal data, were published by the European Parliament. It is to be applied in the European Union since 25 May 2018.

What is GDPR?
A short form of General Data Protecting Regulation. GDPR implements new rights of individuals. The administrator’s obligation is, among others, to inform data subjects about their data processing.
Why does 3i process my personal data?
Your personal data is processed in order to:
Enter into a sale and purchase agreement of goods offered in stores and online (www.3--store.com),
Handle with issues related to consumers’ rights and warranty,
Respond to all inquiries and applications addressed to 3i by post, email or contact form (www.3i-store.com/contacts),
3i also carries out marketing services and provides information about current offer (eg. enabling you to sign for a newsletter)
Can I have access to my personal data?
Yes, you can. You are entitled to have access to your personal data. You can also manage your data processing consent as well as marketing consents.

3i processes your personal data in order to:
sale of goods and services offered by 3i,
complaints, returns and warranty handling,
responding to current questions and requests,
carrying out marketing activities and providing information about current activities and offer.
Who is the recipient of my data?
The Administrator does not provide for your personal data to be shared to entities other than the ones delegated by the company to proces the personal data on the basis of entrustment of data processing (so-called processors) as well as to entities other than the ones entitled by law to access your personal data.
Is my personal data going to be transmitted to any third country or international organization?
At present we do not intend to transmit your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
How long is your personal data going to be stored by 3i?
The personal data is going to be stored for the duration of the agreement and after the termination of the agreement, in order to comply with the legal obligation by 3i, as well as the redress in compliance with the law. Then, they will be deleted or anonymised.
Should you give your consent to process the personal data for marketing purposes of our products and services after the termination of the agreement, your data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
What am I entitled to?
As 3i processes your personal data, you are entitled to:
having access to data contents (art. 15 GDPR)
rectification of personal data (art. 16. GDPR),
deleting the data (art. 17 GDPR),
limitation of data processing (art. 18 GDPR),
transferring the data (art. 20 GDPR),
objecting to data processing (art. 21 GDPR),
not to be subject of automated processing of personal data along with profiling (art. 22 GDPR).
Who should I complain to?
Should it be determined that your data processing is inconsistent with GDPR you shall be entitled to file a complaint to supervisory authority the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa
Is the provision of data voluntary or obligatory?
Providing the data is voluntary, however, in order to enter into a sale and purchase agreement of goods it is neccessary. Not providing your personal data may result in hindering or preventing from completing the transaction as expected.
How does 3i obtain my personal data?
3i obtains your personal data from the completed forms and agreements. When data is obtained not from the data subjects, the source ot them are third parties. In such case, 3i is obliged to inform you about the source of data acquisition.
Is my personal data processed by automated means?
Your personal data shall not be processed or profiled by automated means.
THE PRINCIPLES OF THE EXAMINATION OF APPLICATIONS CONCERNING CONSUMER’S RIGHTS ON PERSONAL DATA
The Customer (sole trader, civil partnership, limited liability partnership, general partnership) is entitled to submit an application concerning the rights resulting from RODO and therefore 3i is obliged to process’ the request according to the following rules:
The Customer may submit the application at any time, starting from 25 May 2018.
3i examines the application within a month, from the day of receipt of the application,
In the case of complexity of the claim, the time to respond may be up to two months; Data protection supervisor shall inform the Customer by post about the extension of the deadline, giving the reason of the delay, within a month from the receipt of the demand.
In the case of failure to handle the Customer’s demand, 3i informs the Customer by post immediately – within a month form the receipt of the claim about the reasons of not taking any action and the possibility to file a complaint to supervisory authority and use the legal remedies. The Customer is entitled to submit the application in order to exercise his rights. The Customer’s application should contain his/her address and the details of demand.

The time limit of examination of the application starts on the day of receipt of the Customer’s application.
Should 3i fail to respond on time, the Customer is entitled to make a complaint .
3i responds to the Customer by email.
3i does not charge a commission for receiving and processing the first application. The following applications shall be applicable to GDPR.
3i’s competent authority with regards to the processing of personal data is the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
