§ 1 ORGANIZER
1. The present Regulation determine the terms and conditions of the „ Pesonalized palette #INGLOTx3i” Special Offer (hereinafter referred to as „Special Offer”).
2. The Special Offer takes place in accordance with the rules determined in the present Regulation (hereinafter called „Regulation”) which are available on-line on:

3. The Special Offer is held by 3i store, Wybrzeże Marszałka Piłsudskiego 4, 37-700 Przemyśl, NIP (tax identification number) 7951652013, REGON (Polish Business Registry Number): 650256302, entered into the registry of entrepreneurs - Central Record and Information of Business Activity (CEIDG) run by the Minister Responsible for the Economy, specifying the rules of placing Orders and making sales agreements by means of distant communication as well as by using the services of 3i online shop (hereinafter referred to as „the Organizer”).
§ 2 THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL OFFER
1. The Special Offer is valid from 8 June 2018 until further notice.
§ 3 THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SPECIAL OFFER
1. Having made a purchase online on https://3i-store.com in the amount of 500 PLN (115 EUR), the Customer is offered to choose a gift - one of the three personalized palettes INGLOT Freedom System EB:

To receive the free palette – write its name in the comment section.
2. The Customer is allowed to benefit from the Special Offer repeatedly. Each time the Customer is obliged to make a purchase in the amount of 500 PLN (115 EUR).
3. Customers who returned the ordered products on the grounds of the right of the withdrawal from the sales agreement according to the online shop Regulation https://3i-store.com/en/zwroty are also obliged to return the palette intact.
4. The Special Offer applies only to the online shop https://3i-store.com.
5. The Special Offer may be used in combination with other offers on https://3i-store.com.
§ 4 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The present Regulation shall be applicable and interpreted according to the Polish law.
2. Participating in the Special Offer involves its Regulation approval.
