Jennifer Lopez INGLOT beauty products with 3i new collection

§ 1 ORGANIZER

1. The present Regulation determine the terms and conditions #JLOxINGLOTx3i” Special Offer (hereinafter referred to as „Special Offer”).
2. The Special Offer takes place in accordance with the rules determined in the present Regulation (hereinafter called „Regulation”) which are available on-line on:

3. The Special Offer is held by 3i store, Wybrzeże Marszałka Piłsudskiego 4, 37-700 Przemyśl, NIP (tax identification number) 7951652013, REGON (Polish Business Registry Number): 650256302, entered into the registry of entrepreneurs - Central Record and Information of Business Activity (CEIDG) run by the Minister Responsible for the Economy, specifying the rules of placing Orders and making sales agreements by means of distant communication as well as by using the services of 3i online shop (hereinafter referred to as „the Organizer”).

§ 2 THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL OFFER

1. The Special Offer is valid from 11 March 2018 until 31 May 2019.

§ 3 THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SPECIAL OFFER

1. Having made a purchase of S/S collection online on https://3i-store.com/en, the Customer is offered to choose a gift – one of the five Jennifer Lopez for INGLOT beauty products sets according to the amount spent. (see the list of products below).

2. The Customer is allowed to benefit from the Special Offer repeatedly. Each time the Customer is obliged to make a purchase of the S/S 2019 collection products in the amount of 249 PLN or more.

3. Customers who returned the ordered S/S Collection products on the grounds of the right of the withdrawal from the sales agreement according to the online shop Regulation https://3i-store.com/regulamin are also obliged to return the beauty products intact.

4. The Special Offer applies only to the online shop https://3i-store.com.

5. The Special Offer may be used in combination with other offers on https://3i-store.com.

§ 4 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The present Regulation shall be applicable and interpreted according to the Polish law.

2. Participating in the Special Offer involves its Regulation approval.

3. The Regulation was published on 28 February 2019.
